This singular 10 storied apartment building became just that - an object that could stand on its own. The walls on one side were curved to allow views - even from the bedroom at the rear - of the largest open space left in the area. The west facing elevation has high level windows to prevent overlooking. Small balconies at the side allow for easy maintenance and the glazed north facing elevation also has easy access for cleaning. The ground floor is mostly given over parking.
