2nd Best Project: Apartments at UN Road, Dar es salaam.
3rd Best Project: House at Capri Point, Mwanza.
All residential developments completed in the last 11 years in Tanzania were eligible for the Awards; nominations were open to the public.
The jury consisted of Arch. Peter Matinde, Arch. Adrian John, QS Margaret Ezekiel, Engineer Julius Kademera and Arch. Peter Stocker.
